"We had about 3 feet of flood water in our house from Hurricane Helene. Our house and belongings were in a complete state of devastation. We contacted CAT5 for inspection and met Nic onsite the same day. We felt confident in CAT 5s ability to help us with the flood damage in our home. CAT5 had a crew out the next day and they documented the flood levels and moisture through out our home, taking photos of all the damages and contents. They helped us sort through our contents regarding what was salvageable and what needed to be thrown away. The crew removed our kitchen countertops, cabinets, bathroom vanities, all carpet and did a 4 foot flood cut throughout our home. They were able to clean everything up like new and got all of the silt/mud that washed in out of our house. He was diligent in giving us invoices that were complete and correct throughout. He even rescheduled his new project when we told him we needed him to be there when the equipment arrived. He had to spend that day correcting designer's mistakes and reworking a ceiling support to <em>keep us on schedule</em>.  Amazingly, he was positive throughout the "mishap" and kept us calm. </p> <p>Who wouldn't want a contractor like Hugh? My concern is that he is a busy guy, and can only do so much.
