"They were OK. I had a vent already in there and they said they couldn't replace their vent with my vent. They would have to take their vent apart a little bit and take mine apart a little bit and they couldn't do that. And I looked at it and I said this is just a nut, or taking three or four screws out. And what they ended up doing was put another hole on our roof and moving the vent over about 15 to 20 feet. I wasn't able to get up on the roof to see how they put it in or if they orientated it right, so I couldn't answer about the quality. I think I referred to them the beginning of September and they took care of it a couple of weeks later. Any handyman could take something apart fairly easy that's the same size."

The work was handled within the timeframe specified by the Angie's Deal. No extra labor costs! Costs below only include purchase of replacement LED light fixture & Angie's List Deal. Took about 4-5 hours to correct a couple of doors, including taking one of the hinges, and installing new weatherstripping. Some doors were binding badly, they all work well now, with no daylight!"

A week went by no estimate, no communication so I called him only for him to say he would get it to me that evening. I wait another 3 days and still no estimate. If this is how he communicates for just an estimate I can imagine how he would be on the job. A professional courtesy would've been just to say I cannot give you an estimate or am not willing to do the job either way I wouldve respected that instead of lying or stringing a potential customer along. I will not do business or recommend him to anyone."
