"We live in Cape Coral, I called Joe who came to my house the same day to give me a qoute for a new 3 ton air conditioner and handler. (Our unit was 16 yrs old) Joe was very nice, extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain and show me pictures of my current unit and why it should be replaced. Joe explained the entire process and scheduled the install right away. He didn't just come to my home and throw out numbers and leave without looking at my unit and explaining every thing to me. I say this because I had another company come out prior and they never even went into the attic and looked at my current unit. Joe's prices were the best overall, beating out the other quote by over $2000 for the same exact unit!!! On install day, Joe's installers showed up on time and prepared to do the job and stayed until it was completely finished. They checked everything to make sure it was working and answered any questions I had and cleaned up after themselves. They even fixed any leaks in my existing duct work and installed a hurricane rated platform for the unit outside and secured it to prevent theft. Considering, it was about 140 degree working conditions in the attic, they never complained once. Joe even stopped by to see how things were going. Plus, anytime during the entire process from my first phone call to Joe, until the install was finished, he always answered my calls. We are VERY, VERY, VERY happy with the service , pricing, install and our new unit AC Joe provided. We're so happy that we finally found a great A/C company in SWFL. We 100% recommend AC Joe!!!"

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
