They were careful with my things, courteous to my family and conscientious about the set-up and placement of my furniture. "Two guys showed up on time and got to work immediately inspecting and vacuuming and snaking the fireplace and chimney flue. They operated form the roof and inspected the entire chimney from top to bottom. Both men answered my lay questions kindly and with plenty of detail about minor and major issues they found and the forecasted schedule of when I should address them. They did NOT do the classic inspect-and-force-you-into-buying-a-new-liner routine and that was much appreciated.  They took their time and did not rush the service or question/answers. My property was cleaned up very well when the job was finished, including using magnets to pick up any stray nails. Everyone was very professional and nice.
