"First started working with Joe getting a quote got 2 bids which the other was cheaper, but decided to get ranger since Mitsubishi is the “top line” he said which I googled and saw it too. We talked that he will put the drainage on the car port and the vent on the side of the house. So when the date of installment came Daniel was on time and he introduce himself. I let him do his job while I was doing my own with my 3yrs and 5 yrs kids. The job was quick so when I check outside I saw that the vent was mounted on my carport. So I called Joe and ask why it was mounted on my carport he said it was in the contract which I didn’t see on the instruction. And so I have to pay if we move it. I was so disappointed! Now I can’t close my carport if I want to get a garage since vent is there. So I have no choice if only Daniel check with me first right from the start what the plan is then there will be no problem! Well the job was done got no choice. Another thing Daniel have to come back two times to fix the drainage since it keeps on leaking my carport. It was finally fixed on the 3rd time when Jared was the tech that fix it. It was so disappointing and I regret that I chose ranger cooking and heating!"

"One afternoon when leaving our local Costco we noticed a booth advertising Lennox air conditioning for the home. After the last 4 years of record summer heat, we decided to begin the process of investigating this solution. The appointment for the estimate went well with the entire process carefully explained and all of our questions answered. So, we decided to pull the trigger and buy the system. To our delight, company had an opening for the installation a week ahead of the original date and things only got better from there. On the day of the install, Isaac and his crew arrived on time and enforce. At one point there were 6 people and three trucks, all tightly coordinated. Everyone was courteous, professional, and fast. "Before the pandemic, we got our estimates for a full HVAC system (AC/Furnace/Air filtration/Thermostat) and Generator from Washington Energy Services. Then the pandemic happened which caused supply chain issues that hindered us from obtaining the products and equipment we wanted. Charles, our sales representative, gave us his word that he would do everything in his power to make sure we got the system we preferred, and he made it happen! Charles went above and beyond to meet our needs and preferences. He brought us the absolute best installers in the business. Roman, Pavel and his assistant, who were in charge of the HVAC system, along with Daniel and his assistant, who installed the Generator. They all did an amazing job planning, organizing and implementing a super quality, white glove installation, along with some added customization which was simply genius. They were very meticulous about every detail and didn’t leave any stone unturned. They were also very friendly and answered all of our questions and concerns. Despite the challenging circumstances Charles and his staff and all the admin contacts from Washington Energy Services came through for us. Their knowledge, expertise and customer service are second to none. They are stacked with talented professionals and have amazing customer service. "Jared (owner) arrived on time.   He said that he would first try to clean the vent duct from the outside and hopefully not need to move the clothes dryer.  This was successful.  After cleaning the dryer vent he showed me a bag with the lint that was removed. Rather than try to tell me he needed to come more often, he said that from the amount of lint based on three years since we remodeled he recommended cleaning the vent no more than every 3-4 years. I found him to be very honest and very professional and I would certainly recommend him. Based on our experience we will call him when we next need to clean the air conditioning/heating ducting."
