The team went to work immediately and located the refrigerant leak within 15 minutes. They are working on ordering the replacement coil and in the mean time got the AC working temporarily and it is working nicely. As soon as the Replacement part is available, they will swing by and complete the project. Very professional work and they were in and out of my place within one hour. VERY EFFICIENT AND THOROUGH. So, only A is good here, that isn't accurate. There is excellent, and very very good. A is too big of an category. You need plus or minus, or numbers or something else. That is not really fair. I am happy with the car, and there were a few issues they could have handled better. I might use them. Some people deserve A's.I know how they were with me, a couple of weeks they were gone. When you are buying an car, its not always done right. They didn't honor an pledge, the manager left, or was fired. I don't know. I am still driving the car, but they didn't honor the pledge."
