"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

Compared to what other people say, I think they are probably fairly ordinary in the pricing and they are always giving me a senior discount or something. "I contacted Lisa's Elite Sadan after reading the reviews on Angie's list. I contacted them via email and they quickly responded. I explained that I needed a car for 6-8 people and they gave me a number of options. I requested a limo and they quickly processed my request and sent a confirmation the next day. They called the day before the wedding confirming all the information for the trip, and then texted me the morning of the event with the driver's name. Richard arrived at the pre-arranged meeting spot early and patiently waited as the rest of our group arrived. He was very polite and helped set up the music system with one of our smart phones for the ride. The trip to the wedding was uneventful, and even with heavy traffic the ride was enjoyable. At the church there was nowhere close for Richard to park during the ceremony so we agreed that I would text him at the end of the ceremony. As we left the church I got ready to text Richard, but he came pulling right up as he had stayed close and pulled up when everyone started to leave the church. We loaded back up and headed to the reception. Our entire party had a great time and enjoyed the service very much. The Limo was clean and comfortable and Richard had loaded one of the coolers with small bottles of water which was appreciated on a hot day. Lisa's Elite Sedans made a day I was dreading for all the driving I was facing to a day we will remember for quite awhile.

"The service went fine.  I wanted them to test if the carbon monoxide was leaking or something for the safety and also do the cleaning.  The guy that came out, didn't do any cleaning.  The good side was that he found that it was leaking; but the other hand, he said the machines were pretty old.  He can give some special price, if I want to make some major repairs.  I was not interested because of my purpose in the beginning was just to check the safety.  On the other hand, I was disappointed because he didn't do anything about the cleaning.  He came on time.  I got what I paid for.  The price was okay because he didn't charge more.  He tried to answer all my questions.  He came on the appointed day."

"Brian was the one who installed my air conditioning unit. excellent work, not only on time, took several hours but he did an excellent job. after the installation, he cleaned my room where it was installed. He worked neat clean. costumer support conact was provided for future service. He was very efficient. Very fair pricing, they also provide a discount on service during the winter time. He was the repairman for my old air conditioning unit. I am very very pleased with the service, I would highly recommend them."
