"It started off bad because I had the water heater installed, submitted my paperwork for my rebate for the installation and then my rebate ended up not getting honored because the water heater that was installed didn't qualify for Spire's rebate. Turn's out that the water heater that would fit my location as well as satisfy Spire's rebate, I would have had to wait 5 to 6 weeks for that specific water heater so, the owner of Hosack's Plumbing cut me a check for the amount of the rebate and the amount over time that the new water heater would have saved me. Not the perfect situation but, that was a win win for me as well as Hosack's Plumbing because a good water heater was installed just not one that would quite fit the Spire requirements for the rebate! Hence we didn't need to take a brand new water heater out and replace it with another water heater that was just .05 UEF Higher!"

Brian made a point of showing me the camera footage of the main drain. The did a great job on the main and two other drains. They also cleaned up very well when they were done. Brian also noticed an issue with our bathtub stopper and fixed it without an extra charge. The pricing was transparent. They have a nice email notice system and called when they were on the way. "I am extremely pleased with the job completed by Jason and his team. This team is professional and very attuned to detail. There were a few things, not related to the kitchen, that came up during the project, which I asked the team to address. They handled them and still were able to work on the kitchen project. The team worked up until they had to wait on the counter top installation; then, returned and finished the job. The job was started on 5/20/19 and was finished on 6/21/19. I highly recommend Honey Do's Solutions, which I have used for other projects."

"While at first glance the work looks good the contractor could use some lessons on detail. Basically, CR is painting the tile with a durable, highly adhesive paint. When painting it is customary to remove from the wall fixtures that can be removed in order to paint "behind" them-- i.e. light fixtures, electrical plates, etc. CR did none of that. They merely taped over the fixtures and went to town. The result is that around all of those fixtures I can still see a thin border with the original blue/pink tile. Worse, we informed them that one of the light fixtures would definitely be replaced with another with a smaller footprint and they still painted around it so now we have a large blue border around that fixture. In addition, CR failed to properly coordinate work with the general contractor resulting in some tiles going unpainted entirely. Some of those unpainted tiles were eventually painted but not all of them. Our experience with the durability of the product is mixed. The work in the hall bathroom has stood up to heavy use. There has been very little chipping and zero peeling. However, in the master bathroom the shower floor began to peel up less than a year after the work was complete. We called CR and it came out to repair. That repair peeled up less than a year later. We called again and CR repaired it again. It peeled up again and we called again. This time I was informed that to properly repair the peeling they would need at least $300 additional dollars. This was quite frustrating given that the shower floor had never lasted more than the one year warranty. Rather than pay for a repair I felt should have been done for in the course of doing good business I made the repair myself. I stripped off all the old paint, scuffed and etched the tile, and then used a contrasting textured concrete paint to refinish the shower floor. I looks much better and thus far has stood up much better than the original work. Overall, the quality of the work could be better as well as customer service. The product seems to be good if applied properly."
