"We have a 3000 sq ft home. At the time of service our home furnishings were sparse. It took two visits to finish the job. For the first visit there was a crew of two which took approximately 4-5 hours. The second visit took about three hours with a crew of three. After both visits the quality of service was fair and too expensive. I answered "yes" to possibly rehiring if there they would guarantee a more efficient crew. Because both crews were punctual and management (or owner) was responsive and professional I gave them the benefit of the doubt and assigned an overall rating of "B"."
