"We hired Cat5 to assess water damage after the hurricane. They promptly came to assess ans recommend repair. The politely removed drywall and brought in professional equipment to dry the walls and attic. Would recommend! Thank you!"

"Michael and his team exceeded my expectations. They took care of all the damage and when they completed their work the house was cleaner than it had been since the storm. They even repaired the broken leg on my kitchen table (I had duck taped the leg). They went above and beyond."

"Outstanding response time prevented additional damage. Great experience."

"Helped me in a emergency fast professional and very helpful service 10/10 would definitely recommend"

"Fast and reasonably priced! Friendly service!"

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"I had water damage and they came out and assessed the damages and set up fans to begin drying the water from the floors and walls.  They rebuilt the faces of my cabinets in the bathroom and repainted them.  The master bedroom had to have new carpet and the room was also repainted after some drywall work.  They did an awesome job and it's like having a brand new bedroom and bathroom!  They also installed a new backdoor for me and some drywall work and repainted in my upstairs bathroom while doing the other work!"

"I had my bath room toilet pipe bust overnight. I woke up around 4 in the morning and I was standing in almost ankle deep water through most of my house. Gave your company a call and they were very prompt with instructions on what to do while waiting on them the show up, and they arrived within the hour(on a Sunday I might add) and was able to suck up all the water and leave dehumidifiers before any further damage occurred. Even though the situation was hectic, they were able to provide a pleasant service. It happened about 3 weeks ago, since then they have called and checked on me and and have continued to make sure no mold has been growing in my drywall. Will highly recommend Kermit and his crew to anyone that I talk to. Excellent company."
