"My AC went out the last week of August. I called Supreme and they were out right away to make an assessment on my 20 year old unit. After educating me on what was wrong and how the old units are being phased out in California they gave me two options. Buy a new unit or replace the compressor. I opted to replace the compressor. The best part is they didn’t try to pressure me into buying a new unit even though I need one after 20 years. Instead they fixed the problem and followed up with me a couple of weeks later to see how things were going. They’re going to conduct maintenance to try and get as much use out of my unit until I’m ready to purchase an entire new one. "Due to a storm and fallen tree my electricity was out all day and when it came back on the GFI receptacle was not working. I had pressed the red button to reset it several times with no luck. I called Joseph late Monday afternoon and he was able to fit me in the next afternoon. He was punctual and very friendly and professional. He pressed the the red button on the GFI and it reset just fine. I guess a women's touch wasn't working in this situation... He was so kind and said that he would not charge me for coming out. What a nice gesture on his part!!! I did tip him though. Needless to say I have saved him to my favorites!!"

"On their first visit out they attempted to replace a part (no charge to me) to get the faucet to stop leaking but the faucet was was just too old and needed replacement.  They advised me on local places to go to find a replacement and I wound up getting a fantastic deal on a new faucet.  They installed it very quickly and threw in a soap dispenser for me.  I would definitely use these folks again."
