"I like the tracking and instant messaging of the technician. It made it easy to determine his arrival. Troubleshooting took less than 5 minutes. I had a broken capacitor. I received an Angie's list discount. Total repair was $344.91. I don't know how much a capacitor normally costs as I don't know the exact version I received. I also was in a hurry since it was a hot day and I was going on vacation soon. He also suggested I clean the vents, which I did after he left."

"I called a few HVAC companies on a Saturday morning, due to my A/C only blowing cool to warm air. After speaking with a couple of other companies that advertised as providing 24/7 service, Blue Dot was the only company that would come out on that Saturday. The technician that came out was named Dwight ("DJ"). DJ was exceptional! He took the time to explain what he was doing and why it was necessary. He also provided tips on how to maintain the a/c unit to keep it running efficiently. He was courteous, professional, and patient with answering my questions with a positive attitude. He repaired the unit during the visit. DJ turned a stressful situation (worrying about the possible repair) into a smooth and reassuring experience with his expertise and positive attitude."
