The next day he picked up, brought, and installed a top new toilet and removed the old, rusted broken one. "Vince was willing to look at the situation and see what he could do, although his own recommendation was to remove the covers.  When he arrived he removed one section and showed me the encrusted debris blocking the slits and advised me that blowing would not suffice to remove it. We were about to part amicably and with a fair payment for his time, but he could see that I was disappointed and asked what I was going to do.  I said I would probably try to screw up my courage, borrow a ladder and go up and clean them off by hand myself, as I had done with a more accessible section.  He offered to have his partner, Jamie, go back and do that, and then blow off the loose debris.  He warned me that some of it would get into the gutter, but was honest in telling me that the inside of the gutter was in tolerable condition.  He was clear that he could not guarantee the performance of the gutter covers after this operation, but I understood that and was willing to take the risk.
Vince was honest, clear about the pros and cons of what I wanted done, but at the end of the day did not want to leave unless I was satisfied.  He went the extra mile to gain my satisfaction, and did not charge extra for doing more than he had originally promised.
There have been a couple of fairly hard rains since the covers were cleaned, and their performance was much improved.  I am grateful to Vince for his flexibility and his commitment to customer satisfaction."

Saw Re-Bath at the Fall Maryland Home & Garden show and requested a free at home consultation.  John Vesperman, who is an owner, came to my home and advised me what they could do for me to fix my problem with my hall bath.  I also had him look at my master bath and asked if he could re caulk my tub and walls and install a couple of grab bars plus a new tub spout.  He did not pressure me to sign a contract at the time of consultation.  He advised me to visit their showroom to see the tub and wall systems in full size to be sure I was getting the color and style wall system and tub I wanted.  Only after I was sure I was getting what I wanted did he write the contract.  He even gave me a $500 discount for seeing them at the Home Show.  After John received the materials he worked with my schedule to do the job, so I did not have to miss any time at my job.  John and his father Bill, who is also an owner, came on time and started by laying protective runners in the path to my bathroom not to dirty my carpets and hardwood floor in the entry way.  They kept any dust and debris contained not to mess up my home during the demolition of the old tub and tile walls. 

Everything went as John said it would. NO SUPRISES.  I'm VERY happy with my new hall bath and spruced up master bath.  I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting bathroom remodeling done. Thanks John & Bill for a great job.

"MJ Home Service saved the day. I  mean night. The outside water faucet cracked and water slowly came back into the houses bring a good deal of mud with it. I called MJ home services around 7 pm and they promptly responded and had a team here within the hour. . They did everything right and more. Melissa explained the process and answered all my questions.  She was very responsive and kept me informed of arrival and how the process would work.. The crew (Brian and Ned) were very processional and kept me informed of every step of the process. They took over the situation and took care of everything needed. They removed  water, mud and all water soaked  items like cardboard boxes . They stacked everything up neatly in one area., cut out damaged drywall, and sprayed to prevent  mold. The set up  fans, so that the basement and rolled up carpeting would dry. They did everything necessary to make sure we were taken care of, even set up our humidifier. Their price was exceptionally reasonable. I have dealt with Servpro, I would have paid twice or more and  had to deal with sales pitches for additional services. I can't imagine how we could ave been taken care of any better. They did everything right. They made a bad night better. I recommend them without reservations.

He tore out and installed new bath (to include- tile bath & floor, paint, install cabinets, change plumbing & added electrical outlets. He installed wooden & vertical blinds; repaired & painted walls/trim; installed ceiling fans & light fixtures; fixed & installed carpet; installed storm doors; installed curtain rods. "I had them leave the toilet sink because I didn't want to finish till after winter. They were very good. They did what they said they were going to do. They were on time and there were no real surprises. They cleaned after themselves well and they did the work in two days."

"I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"

"They're very responsive. There were some trouble with the system but they got it. They were persistent and got it fixed. There were problems with the system. I'm not sure whose fault it was that there were problems with a brand new system. I think it was very reasonable."
