"We have been putting off replacing our 20 year old water heater. I contacted Jim @ Shore Thing Plumbing sent him a couple of photos of our current water heater. He called me back in just a little bit of time with the price to replace it, he put us on his schedule for 8:30 AM. That morning Jim pulled into our driveway at 8:30 ready to get the job done. There were no multiple trips to a supply house for parts or supplies. He was very attentive to our property and made prompt cleanup of spilled water and cleaned up as he went ago. He made fast work of replacing the heater he then removed the old water heater and all materials that he removed to place the new one in. Jim is very knowledgeable of the plumbing trade as he is a master plumber. Please if you need plumbing repairs give Jim a call at Shore Thing Plumbing great service on time and priced right."

"Prompt response. Hot water heater installed the same day. Andrew explained my options, was knowledgeable and curteous."

"We are in a very rural area and finding providers on Angies list is difficult here. We had some plumbing problems about 2 years ago and called a popular plumbing company, they are prevalent in this area. They "fixed" a list of items. One of the items was a broken spigot outside. A year later we had to call them back to fix the same spigot. They did a cheap patch up job instead of doing the job right. They charged us again for something they should've done right the first time. Now, less than a year later we had the same problem and we figured we'd take our chances with somebody else. I think we found precision plumbing in the phone book but we were very lucky this time. Jeff Matthews was very prompt, called and kept us informed of when he would be coming and also kept us informed of the cost for everything before he began the work. He explained what needed to be done which was more involved than a broken spigot and said it is something that other plumbers will often do a quick patch job on. He was very well prepared and had all the parts needed on his truck. While he was under the house doing the repairs he noticed that our dryer vent had come off and he re-attached it. I should also mention that it was over 100 degrees that day. He was very professional and I will recommend him to anyone."

"Mr Stephens hauled away my old leaky water heater and installed a new one.He provided prompt ,professional service and at a very reasonable price. This is the second time that he has done work for me.I would highly recommend him and I would use him again for any future plumbing needs."

"Emioe was pleasant, courteous, prompt and knowledgeable. He arrived the day I requested a referral and diagnosed the problem quickly. He fixed the water heater the next day, and also fixed my neighbor's heater which had the same problem. I couldn't have asked for better service and would recommend Delmarva Plumbing to anyone."

"James the service technician was efficient, experienced and completed the job with high quality work. We had a new electric hot water heater and all home water purification system installed. He made sure that everything was working properly and gave us some good advise on using the new systems. We would highly recommend Sens"

"I specified that it was a tankless water heater, yet not surprisingly I was referred to a plumber who didn't know anything about tankless heaters, resulting in a waste of a couple of days. The second person did know about them, and so far the repair is working (fingers crossed). I wish CHW would pay attention to the details in my claim."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
