They created a contemporary space in front of our office building with beautiful pavers, concrete benches, a pondless fountain with basalt columns, an irrigation system, lighting, and landscaping. We have been getting many compliments on Sunny Seattle's work. Amado helped us to secure permitting which was a big challenge! He made sure everything was done to code and permitted. He stayed very close to the budget we set. When we had a small leak after the completion of the project he and his team took responsibility and fixed the problem and covered the expenses. Amado is honest, hard working, caring and was open to listening and implementing our ideas."

They are very professional, friendly, and did top-quality work. "The job went very well. Our Salesman Ray did a very detailed color coded plan. He had some recommendations that deviated from what we initially wanted, but his suggestions actually made improvements! The crew did an excellent job. They were very efficient and completed the job as promised by the end of the week. Everything was picked up and restored as if they were never here. Very hard working crew! We had one sight problem. North side of patio was slightly bigger exceeding the walkway line. Ray came out to review and was very accommodating to fix the problem to our satisfaction. It was very comforting to know that NW Patio is a company that stands behind their work! They take very seriously that the customer is satisfied with the job!
