"Scott was able to come out quickly and diagnose the issue I had with my old heat pump. He gave me options to repair or replace. Considering the age of my heat pump was far beyond its expected lifespan, I went ahead and asked him to replace it. He got the parts ordered right away and I had a new unit within a few days. The new system is working great and I was happy with Scott's professionalism, communication and cleanliness. Highly recommended."

"Competitive price, very responsive, excellent service."

"I called and left a message at 7:23am. Stacey called me back at 7:25am! I told him what my system was doing and he immediately explained the likely causes. He then set an appointment with me for the same morning, as it was about to be a very hot day. Stacey arrived as promised. He loves taking time to explain what he is doing and why. The job was completely very timely and done to perfection. I used his services three years prior, and that's exactly why I reached out to him today. I very highly recommend Stacey and Mid-Tenn for any AC/Heating system needs."

"D'Vode was the tech that came to my home. He was prompt, courteous and very good at his work. He was great about explaining exactly what needed to be done and how he was going to do it. I had both a repair and the installation of a central air cleaner. I was very pleased and would highly recommend ARS for your A/C needs."

"Jake, the owner, was going to be in the area and offered to stop by and take a look at the cooling unit and see what the problem was. He discover and issue with the control board being in suspend mode and cleared the issue. Tested the unit to verify it was operating normally. Great job, this was a Sunday and was not expecting service until Monday. Not many service providers would do that and not charge quite a bit of a premium."

"Dave was great! Personable man and great attitude. I explained what my goals were and he totally completed them all! He didn’t even tell the wife what the problem was with her tanning bed!!!! My stupidity!!! One man outfit, who will one day run a lead a fleet!"

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Great. Did what going to do, Showed How to do with the thermostat and if the drain gets clogged."
