"My husband and I came across 7th State Builders online. Eddie came out to our home for our initial consultation. He was punctual and professional. He listened to our vision and took the time to draw out a plan and explain the process. He was very knowledgeable and made some great suggestions. We decided to do a big project at our home. For the back: a rebuild and waterproofing of our previous deck and a large patio to go underneath it with a fire pit and sitting wall. The front of our house needed some repairs so we had them redo our sidewalk in the same patio pavers from the back. The whole area in front of our garage was cut out and they put in new concrete and leveled it out. They rerouted our gutters to prevent flooding as the previous design was doing damage to our foundation. The owner, Chase, was very hands on and kept us updated the whole time. He frequently made sure we were happy with the way things were going. The whole team made this project an enjoyable experience. Iâ ll admit, my husband and I can sometimes be difficult people to please-But wow!! They really knocked it out of the park for us! 7th Stateâ s precision and talent is unmatched. You are truly working with people that know what they are doing and they are the best at what they are doing. Communication from start to finish was consistent and open. They were very patient with our ideas and they added to our vision in ways we didnâ t think was possible. The whole crew was professional and extremely hardworking. On every area of this project they went above and beyond. The transition of starting another area after the completion of another was seamless. Once they had completed our deck they immediately came in and started working on our patio, and so on. They did not miss a beat. Since part of my job involved sections of my concrete pool deck, they worked with me to schedule the job a month in advance so that the pool would be open and the pool cover removed. On the scheduled job day Jon was there as the crew chief and did a masterful job on the driveway, the sidewalk next to the driveway, and three sections of my pool deck. Check out the photos. They were able to raise my driveway almost 4 inches to the same level as the garage floor. The sunken concrete sections are now all aligned and look fantastic without the cost of replacing them."
