"Very quick, fixed within a half hour and we have heat again. I recommend them very highly. Have a problem? Hire them. Update 12/27. So, the system failed Christmas Eve. They came out and got it running but it was on its last legs. We got a quote, scheduled the replacement for the day after Christmas. That morning they showed up with the new system and we had heat by the afternoon. They came back the next day and installed the outdoor AC unit. I could not be happier with the pricing and service. I will say it again if you have a problem hire these folks."

I spent two hours trying to do this with minimal progress... told my wife I'd be laughing if the guy showed up and knocked it out in an hour. Franklin came out and drilled the hole for me in about 45 minutes for a reasonable price. He had all the right tools and made quick work of a task that would have taken me several hours and buying some new tools. Great work franklin!"

"The install team and maintenance team did an outstanding job. Our furnace is working so much better and more efficiently this fall and winter. The inspection team had found that our furnace had been installed poorly and had a problem with shutting off before heatlng our home completely which caused frequent cycling of the unit. The install team corrected the problems and the furnace now looks like a professional did the installation. All of the service reps explained each problem and the resolution clearly to me. They all worked very hard and were polite and professional. I will continue to have BMC Clower inspect and service my furnace and air conditioner due to their excellent service techs."

"I called four appliance repair companies and two said they did not service Bosch (strange because Bosch is the industry benchmark for dishwashers). One referred me to Master Appliance Repair because he was booed solid for several days. I called and Paul, the owner, said he could be at my house the same afternoon. The tech came and replaced the valve in my 8-year old dishwasher. The dishwasher did not work after the new valve and we called Paul. He came late the same day after 5:00 and unhooked the stopper which had been lodged out of place--no charge. Paul was GREAT. He is responsive and knows appliances well--even picked his brain for a new refrigerator we plan on getting. I highly recommend Master--excellent business acumen, friendly, honest, and super knowledgable."

"Very professional.  Plumber had a plumbing emergency that delayed scheduled appointment.  He called in advance with estimated rescheduled time.  Followed up again to let me know when he was on the way.  Pleased with the consideration to keep me notified. <br /> Plumber reviewed work to be done.  We wanted the outside faucet replaced, but also wanted the faucet moved to a different location with new shut-off valve and install new copper pipe.  He gave quote upfront for the additional work in addition to the special offer for outside faucet replacement.  The pricing was very fair for the work to be done. <br /> The plumber took off his shoes when entering house.  He covered work area with canvas sheets.  He did a careful job of re-routing pipes to new outside location.  I was very pleased with his care and concern about keeping area clean and cleaning up after his work.  The faucet, shut-off value, routed copper piping and soldiering was done very nicely and professional.  I was very pleased with the quality of the workmanship. <br />"

"The audit went well.  The follow-on work (water heater replacement, heat pump replacement, and caulking). <br /> They did a pretty good job.  They did sub out the water heater and heat pump parts.  The new water heater had a heat pump unit on it too.  The water heater had an alarm that went out and was eventually replaced. <br /> The subs did test my patience when they started late and ended even later than they said they would.  I eventually told them they had to get out at a certain time. <br /> I took a year to write this because I wanted to back it up with cost savings info.  Unfortunately, the jury is still out on whether or not the system is paying for itself. <br />"
