"Mr. Rakim Shahid, owner of "Your Community Heating and Cooling" is a professional. He was always extremely responsive in answering questions and providing quotes for option A, B or C systems. He showed up exactly when he said he would for contract preparation/signing and system installation. He did exactly what he said he would do and when he would do it. He and his team replaced a 19 yr old Rheem HVAC with a new Rheem heat pump and air handler. The entire process was very smooth, no surprises and craftsmanship of the installation is evident. I am pleased with the results and would have no reservations in recommending his services. I will choose his company again in the future."

"I originally contacted Armstrong Mechanical on 9/3/2015 because the downstairs heat pump was not cooling the downstairs.  They sent Chris the next day, Friday, to check it out.  Our 16 year old heat pump had finally bit the dirt and we needed a new one.  The following Tuesday, I called them to set up a time for them to install the new one.  They were able to install it Thursday, two days later.  Tom & Ricky were the installers.  They were on time, very professional and very polite.  They got right to work and I was kept informed of their progress.  Everything was explained to me and I just loved them.  After having recent contact with other various repair industries, I had come to the firm conclusion that "Customer Service and Satisfaction" no longer existed.  They totally renewed my faith.  I just wish they could be my repair company for everything.

"The owner was very professional and communication was perfect. I had to have a furnace and water heater replaced in my rental property. The estimates were very reasonable. It was also suggested that I replace the A/C Coils since they were old and needed to be removed in order to replace the furnace. "Outstanding. We had been stood up by two other AC business and I was very so I looked at Angie's List and found Automatic Climate Heating & Air Conditioning. I called and phone was immedtately by the service tech. I told him my problem and he asked how soon would I need a technician to which I replied as soon as possible. He then said he could have someone to us between 11:00 AM and 1:00PM which I said that would be perfect. Told me he would have the tech call when he was on the way. Received a phone call from Matt, the technician about noon to say he would arrive in 20-30 minutes. Matt pulled up at 12:25 PM and after introductions he asked where he could start Showed him to our attic where the upstairs unit was located. Matt came downstairs about 45-50 minutes with one big question which was..."When was the last time we had the units serviced, Our reply was 2002 to which answered many questions." He show us pictures he had taken of some problems (one or two major one and a few minor ones. My wife asked about a service agreement and the cost. Matt explained the types that they offered and that if we took an agreement today, we could exercise the Spring Service so we said we would do it. after a total of 51/2 hours we had air conditioning up and downstairs. My wife and I were very pleased with MATT, He is very knowledgeable concerning his work even on old units that were probably over 38 years old. We were so impressed we asked if we could ask for him if when we needed our fall servicing. He said many of his customers did the same also. We are very impressed with Automatic Climate Heating & Air Conditioning. A very outstanding organization that believes in customer satisfaction and having employees that put their customers first. I recommend this group to anyone that wants top of the line work and knowledge."

"They were great!! Talked to Johnathan first, told me what time he would arrive, and he was right on time. He fixed my old unit temporarily, but I decided on going ahead and getting a new unit (old one was 20+ years old). He told me what to expect for the next days installation, and it was just as he explained. They technicians were, friendly, professional and right on time. Jonathan returned, as he said he would to check on the job, and again to walk me through my new thermostat and to answer any questions. Best service ever. I'm a customer for life !! Thank you !!"
