"Concrete sidewalk replacement very happy with their work"

"We hired Innovative to work on multiple projects. Removing poorly installed cement board and replaced with siding and a stone foundation. The work came out great and Mike, Juan and the whole team were fantastic."

"Great experience. Free inspection of roof leak. Quoted a repair and provided a no pressure opinion on if we should repair or replace the roof, and in let us know that in our case we could wait for months before doing the repair. Ultimately we decided to replace the roof, and since we have had issues with our gutters, decided to have them replace those as well. They were terrific through the entire planning and installation. Everyone we worked with was professional"

"Great experience from start to finish. The team was professional, showed up on time, and did clean, quality work. The deck came out exactly how I wanted, and they kept everything organized throughout the job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to build or upgrade a deck."

After our initial consultation, we did some research on his recommendations and went with nearly all of them. They showed up when they said they would and were easy to have around (polite, friendly, cleaned up). Pretty much on time and on budget, told us right away when things weren't quite according to plan. We have a 110+ year old behemoth of a house - NOTHING ever goes according to plan we're used to it. Bonus: they took care of a few details I didn't expect like the steps to a side door (see photos) and repairing a few loose stones elsewhere. We will hire again."

We are very satisfied with the job performed."
