"The best review I could give this company is no review at all, which was what I initially intended. However, my repeated phone calls with requests to speak to a manager have been ignored. So I am turning to the almighty review as my only recourse. We hired Harris to install a new hot water heater and expansion tank. The estimate process was great and I was talked into a "Happy Home Membership". I was told it was $100 a year, but when I received the invoice, it was $119. Okay, not a big deal. But I did have to ask twice for the invoice. On the morning of installation day, I took our dog to day camp early and rushed home. Start time was 9am. No one arrived or called. At 10am I called the main number. I was told it appeared our tech was "just getting his day started". Really??? I was put through to dispatch for an ETA. No one answered. By 11am, with still no word from anyone, I called again. I was told our tech had called out a short time ago. At this point I was angry and frustrated and"
