Within 2 days I experienced an issue with a company that delivered a new refrigerator to me and would not disconnect the water line to take away the old fridge, leaving me with 2 refrigerators in my tiny kitchen! I contacted DPP in a panic! Teresa calmly advised that she could immediately send Micheal back to my house and he arrived almost immediately! I did need a new shut off valve which he completed quickly and beautifully and then connected my new fridge and saved my day!
