Because of this, we were too spooked to hire another “con”tracor and decided to try a service with a good reputation and warranty. I can not recommend ACE more highly. Our “handyman" Juan was skilled and super knowledgable with the HUGE project he was thrown into. He was on time, efficient and just a joy to deal with! By himself, Juan cleaned up the prior demo area, properly sealed the shower, installed a new shower bench/curbs and repaired the wall…he did everything but the painting, which we took care of. "Contractor had good communication and the project went well on time as planned. He had to come back same day for a couple of things missed . I would give this an A rating but when I discovered the outside outlet that was replaced was not working I contacted the contractor who did not respond. I tried 3 more times in a year and even saw a coworker down the street and told him about the outlet but nothing was ever done to remedy this and I had to hire someone else to fix what was not wired correctly. I was really disappointed as this could and should have been taken care of. Had it not been for that I would have rated this an A in all categories."
