"George has provided handyman services at my home in the past. Early 2021, I hired Ocean State Property Services to do a kitchen renovation. It did not go as planned due to supply chain disruption and freight carrier delays that resulted in my cabinets arriving damaged from the manufacturer, this did not sit well with OSPS and they quit the job early. George and his team did a great job with the demolition, plumbing and industry connections (i.e. flooring, countertops, plastering). The downside was inefficient communication and negative attitude stemming from the contractor's frustration. In the end, George did not complete the job but left on amicable terms. I would hire George again for another job that had "less moving parts" to it. PS His helpers are fantastic!"

"It went very well. We had one unfortunate thing occur. The second day of painting, the gas company decided to teat up our street causing clouds of dirt to fly all day. We had to tell the paint crew not to paint that day when they arrived. They were pleasant about it, acted professionally and returned early the next day to get back to work."
