"Technician came out to repair leaking toilet that moved when someone sat on it. After checking the situation he recommended replacing the unit as repair cost almost equaled replacement. He gave us multiple options. We chose a new and taller Gerber toilet. Installation was completed and it is solid to the floor with no leaks! Yea!!!!!! Kurt was professional and left a clean, dry bathroom. We will happily recommend him to friends, etc."

"We are remodeling our basement laundry with half bath into a separate 3/4 bathroom and laundry area. It required moving plumbing in the walls, as well as breaking up the concrete floor to move a toilet and an old cast iron floor drain. The good. Plumbing looks excellent. I love the way new plumbing looks, and everything looks like it was done well. To get the job done they stayed until 9pm after starting at 9am. This was primarily because we have concrete from 1958 and it was made very well, so they took a long time jackhammering out the holes to the necessary sizes they needed. In addition to the plumbing above, they moved a vanity, moved laundry supply and drain and installed a new box for it, and had to remove an out of code drum trap that was uncovered when they had to open a wall to access other plumbing. In addition, installed a shower pan and a pan for a washer/dryer. Josh always replied to questions, was great in obtaining the estimate and was always polite. The other plumbers in his crew, Dave and Jason were also always polite. Pricing was fair. There was some unforseen work (drum trap removal), and this seemed a little high, but I only googled the price estimate after agreeing to it. I do think they are honest though. The bad. They are a little inconsiderate. Breaking concrete is a dusty job. We expected that. The area they were in had a door, but they did not shut it, so there was a fine layer of dust everywhere in the rest of our finished basement. They did open a window in the area, but if they had at least tried, I think I would not feel so strongly about it as I do. In addition, they did accidently scratch one of our baseboards, and they should have also mentioned that to us. They did sweep up after they were done. We also had some unexpected potential extra expenses, but this was partly on us. We did not know there was demo that had to be done on the wall prior to them doing the plumbing. This was extra. There was also extra for them to come back and put all the fixtures back, like the toilet. I will be doing that to save the money. I would recommend Evolution Plumbing. However, I would strongly advise to make sure you ask a lot of questions, so that you do not have any unexpected surprises and are clear on what they will do, if you are doing a remodel.
