I decided to give them a try and was immediately put st ease at how friendly and knowledgeable they were. They showed up when they promised and did a fantastic job. What really impressed me was the fact that they kept the jobsite neat and didn't dilly dally. They answered any questions I had and made sure I was happy with the work they were doing. I have sent pictures to Wayfair where I got it because.it doesn't look quite right. Not sure if that is a fault of Wayfair or the installers. "Jim responded promptly to my order placed on Angie's List for the Remote Computer Tune Up & Repair Deal.  He cleaned up the computer remotely, which was running very slowly, and required frequent re-boots.  Computer is running much faster now.  Great service.  Would highly recommend.

"I had my roof installed 5years ago by this company. We have in those 5 years had several high wind/hail incidents and my roof has had zero problems. Well the last high winds popped off about a 6 foot section of the roof cap. I contacted them today and they were able to send someone out and repair it. "I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"

"We were not very happy. They did very few windows at the price that was advertised. It wasn't that many windows for that price. They didn't even clean the 10 windows. I wasn't home and my husband didn't know which 10 to assign. He let them get away with washing the mirror in my bathroom. They did an okay job on what they did. They should have washed more windows for that amount of money. They were on time."

"Fantastic. Booked only a week out from the call. Large professional crew arrived and did the entire roof in 7 hours. Clean up was complete. I didn't find so much as a nail. Payment was only requested after the job was done and I told them I was happy with the result. There were no hidden charges or BS. I wrote the check out for the exact amount on the estimate. Jerry's estimate came in from 1000 to 7000 dollars less than the other 5 estimates I got from Angie's list vendors. He's friendly, local, and great. No deficits to report."
