He had his tech come out that same afternoon free of charge. He and his tech Bob had unit inside and out installed in less than 4 hrs, he stayed to explain to my husband what to look for if we had any trouble, ie: cleaning drain trap, checking for water if float tripped. That was Aug 2022, now we're post hurricane Ian and going strong. We've texted him once and he was able to troubleshoot over phone. Love this company!"
