"after seeing their website, I contacted them for a quote regarding a built-in bookcase I wanted for my living room. They responded quickly and a meeting was soon arranged. Upon meeting Tea and George, it  was immediately clear they were knowledgeable about their craft and easy to work with. They provided appropriate and meaningful suggestions and options, as I wanted a dartboard included in the design. "Our experience with KBR was excellent. We started the renovation process by contacting multiple companies for quotes and designs. KBR was very prompt in response. KBR was always courteous and available at the agreed meeting times. Fatih, our designer, worked with us over multiple visits to help us design the new kitchen and pick out the cabinets, countertops, and hardware. Over a couple of weeks and several meetings, we were able to finalize the layout, cabinetry, countertops and outlets. The final design was set in a walkthrough at our townhouse with Fatih, Adam, the project manager, and Francisco, the technician. The on-site contractors were very courteous and tried extremely hard to keep our house reasonably clean. KBR lined the floors in the kitchen to protect our existing hardwood floor and lined the carpeted stairs from our ground floor to the second floor kitchen. The quality of the final renovation was excellent. As we discovered issues, Fatih, Adam and Francisco were readily available and helpful in resolving these issues. In the end, each issue was resolved to our satisfaction. The project was complete ahead of schedule. Despite the unanticipated issues, KBR was timely, efficient and professional. Furthermore, KBR paid attention to every last detail, including the final repaint of the entire kitchen. We are very happy with the finished product and we highly recommend KBR for those looking to renovate their kitchens."

"After talking to and receiving quotes from 6 contractors we selected BK Contractors (Bret) for our remodel. The project included creating a new home office that needed to be insulated and sound proofed, a home theater, a kid’s playroom, half bath, and craft / arts center. Additionally, the hot water heater needed to be relocated with new plumbing lines run. Bret and his team were very professional and great to work with!!! Starting with the design and contracting process, Bret was easy to work with. He was more than happy to spend as much time as needed to help design the project. Like most people, we had a limited budge. Bret was able to offer options that allowed us to stay within our budge while maximizing our design. As for the contract, Bret’s scope of work and contract was thorough and left no doubt we select the right contractor. Within days of signing the contract Bret had the building permit in order and his guys were hard at work. The framing, electrical and plumbing rough-in were competed within a few weeks. All of his employees are very professional, polite, respect your home as if is it their home. At the end of each day, the work site was swept clean and the trash taken out. Throughout the entire project Bret was ALWAYS available and just a phone call away. I would absolutely recommend BK Contractors and will certainly use him again."
