We did a google search and found Advanced Resoration Services, They came the next day, removed the standing water, the wet carpeting, and brought in drying fans to dryout the basement. After everything was dry, they located the source of the leak and remedied the problem, replaced the water damaged trim, and made arrangements for the carpeting to be replaced. They also helped with insurance paperwork to ensure we got the full amount we were entitled to. VERY Pleased with the results"

"I highly recommend Water Damage DMV. We had two rooms in the basement damaged from heavy rainfall. We called 2 other "5 star" companies and this one was the only one to respond within 48 hours (not good when water is draining into your basement with mold growth). Very reasonable cost which was commented on by our insurance company (unfortunately we do not have coverage for flooding but good to know about the cost) unlike a few other companies they were dealing with. This company was extremely professional, provided excellent follow up services, flexible, responsive to our concerns, and rechecked for mold growth. They even came back a second time with the air blowers to re-dry one of the rooms after a second heavy rainfall. We were able to save the carpeting and padding in one of the rooms due to their immediate response thank goodness. No additional add on costs after the initial estimate and we were able to contract out drywall and paint repair with them at a very reasonable cost. I would give them 6 stars if I could."

"We had a very disappointing experience with the first water mitigation company that our insurance company sent out.  I found Flood Damage DMV on Yelp and the insurance company allowed us to contact them.  Amir was absolutely fantastic.  He was clear, concise, very professional and easy to work with.  And I also cannot say enough about Ari who answers the phones at the company. he was so very helpful and patient in answering all my many questions on the many occasions that I called. Amir came out to our home to assess the flooding situation first.  He explained exactly what would need to be done.  We appreciated that the crew worked to cut out as little drywall as possible in the drying process.  Everything was done very professionally.  The only slight gripe we had was with how the damaged hardwood flooring was removed.  We felt the process could have been a little more "gentle" so that less wood was damaged in the removal process. "

"Our basement suffered severe water damage this past summer from the amount of rainfall we received. We encountered soaked carpeting, drywall damage, and mold growth. I called three highly rated companies and left messages with two of them. Water Damage Pro (Ray) was the only one that answered the phone on a weekend and scheduled a visit immediately for an estimate and service. One of the other companies called me back two days later, didn't even hear from the other until 4 days out. Water Damage Pro provided immediate emergency response, great service and followup. They removed the carpeting, drywall, treated for mold, and brought in huge drying machines to remove the dampness and prevent further mold growth. We later had them return to repair the drywall, paint, and fix some of the carpeting that they were able to save. I have unfortunately had to deal with 5 different companies this past year for various home repair, exterior painting, or maintenance and learned a lot about the integrity and honesty of the different companies. I wish I could give Water Damage Pro of Springfield 6 stars for its honesty, service, integrity, and responsiveness. They honored the quoted fee even with additional servicing. Hopefully we will never experience water damage to our home again, but I would not hesitate to call them if needed."
