"The upgrade of a new water heater and the removal of the old water heater seem like it was a good job. However, the plumber did too much haggling for more money. I checked the price of this job ahead of time as I always do with any work that needs to be done at my home. Parts and labor, I always need to know up front. I do not like it when any workers come off as greedy and try to insult my intelligence. I hope the work of this young man lasts. However, I would have been able to give him 5 stars, if he had chosen to fully conduct himself as a professional in the end. This plumber was paid $1700. The price I paid was completely within the range of what it cost for parts and labor to upgrade an old water heater, with a new water heater. I wish his well..."

"We had our house built in 1974, but the original contractor used substandard pipes, which started to spring leaks about 40 years later. 5 years ago, we had the pipes in the basement replaced, but then leaks started upstairs. We decided to bite the bullet, and are extremely lucky to have chosen Flotechs. Not only was the work performed with the least possible "trauma" to walls and ceilings, using highest-quality materials, but Dave, who did the work, could "moonlight" as a clock-setter, since he always arrived at exactly the time specified! Cleaned up after the work was done. It was a big job, but between work sessions, we got our running water back, so minimal disruption! This was almost analagous to laparoscopic surgery! Our house is "odd" (geodesic dome), so the plumbing replacement required some strategic thinking. And we did indeed "rehire" Dave at Flotechs to replace some old faucets upstairs just a week later. These guys are the best! If anybody would like my verbal confirmation, they can freely give you my number and I'll sing their praises (if you can stand my singing...)."

The 1st pro told me that my unit was not worth servicing (over the phone without even looking at it or with me giving him make/model/years old), however when I spoke with Edwin, he said he would come for a service call to accurately assess the situation. He was able to service our boiler and make a couple minor repairs. We are extremely grateful as new homeowners to have been able to work with someone honest and knowledgeable who didn't try to push us toward spending more money to replace the whole unit when we can have a couple more years of use from it! "These Guys where the only one's that were willing to listen and no up sell involved. Answered any and all questions, invoice was to the penny of the quote no extra, where all others that quoted where more interested on coming to my home when system wasn't working and try to upsell me on a new boiler Crossroads team were mainly concerned with getting me and my family warm and only doing the right thing at the right price. It was below 20 degrees so pretty cold. I told all company's the urgency and they sent sales people not a tech. Crossroads gave me a quote based on my call to them, sent a tech next day and was fixed in 1.5HR. All other company's were about if you get boiler done new we will fix the pipe for free $15,000.00 later and 2 weeks out. In closing when ever I have another plumbing job to be done be it installing a faucet or replacing my boiler it will without a doubt be done by Crossroads.
