"What I thought was a simple clogged shower drain turned into much more after having Pipers Drain come out and access the problem. Patrick came out on a Sunday and found out that tree roots had clogged and damaged my pipe that took the waste water to the sewer. He explained the whole process to repair the pipe and also check the rest of my pipes with his camera. His team came out the next week to excavate part of the driveway to reach the broken pipe. The workers arrived on time, were considerate and cleaned up the area before they left. Patrick returned to view the rest of the pipes and found that some of them had channel rot from tree roots which compromised the pipes. Luckily, the damaged pipes were salvageable and a liner was installed in about 25 feet of pipe. Patrick kept in constant communication with me every step of the way and responded quickly whenever I had questions. I’m very happy with the repair and highly recommend Patrick and his team."

"Salvador called me with in a few minutes of me filling out the form on Angies List and was available to stop by my house within an hour and I wasnâ t experiencing an emergency. I filled them in on what was going he immediately came up with a plan and went to work. Within 2 hours he cleared my clog and discovered the broken pipe. I received an estimate for the repair, the fee for the camera and snake to remove the clog was extremely reasonable especially since I just had Fox plumbing out the week before for a higher cost and they did not clear the blockage or find the broken pipe. I highly recommend Salvador and his son they are kind, respectful and thorough. I will be hiring them to complete the repairs needed."

"Prescott came to my house early Sunday morning after having contacted his company the night before. The drains on one side of my house were not working. He first checked the septic tank and then walked me through the steps to clear the drain lines on that side of the house. I had previously located the cleanout access so he was quickly able to examine it. We tested the system and were able to see the blocked drain line, He ran his machine for about 10 minutes start to finish and the blockage was gone. We then then tested, and everything seems to work. It was completely professional from start to finish. They charged me $99 for the service. Plus tax.. They recommended I pump the septic system and I will do so early this upcoming week. After that, they will send a camera crew to run a camera down the lines. I will absolutely call them first if I ever have an issue."

"Nathan called after posting the job, even though I had earlier talked with another fixer who was offering to come out following day morning, Nathan offer was reasonable and was straight forward with pricing and promised if it doesn't work don't pay. On top of that he said he could come right away and it was 8pm. By 9.30 pm he had come jetted the system, cleaning and uncloging the sewerline, put in a camera all the way 150ft all same price talked on the phone. Less than 2 hours job done packed and cleaned the area. Definitely recommenderable young energetic man."

After $1200, my husband finally caught onto the "upcharging game" they were playing and told them to stop. They then dumped a bucket of grease in the tenant's yard, which was very unprofessional. My husband called Zoom Drain, they came out and solved the problem for a flat fee and they were super professional. We will be using Zoom Drain for all our rental properties."
