"After having a little problem with the contract, Heather managed to get the problems straightened out. Correct dates and materials were corrected.The crew showed up on time but then had to go get additional materials to start the job.. No project manager was on sight until latter in the afternoon..The five crew members started the job . I made a few suggestions on how I wanted the job to be done and they were very agreeable..The crew was very precise in their work..The job was to put vinyl siding on chimney to match existing siding on the house…This group of five workers did a WONDERFUL JOB…I couldn’t be happier with the work that they provided…The cleanup afterwards was like they were never there…PERFECT ….Andy the project manager did show up and was helpful,,but really didn’t stay very long…Thank you …to Heather for all she did to make this jod less stressful..Very,,Very… Pleased with the outcome of this job….And yes….i would recommend this company and this CREW for any siding job."

"Step 1 for my project was replacing the original soffits, trim and gutters. My house is much better now that those things have been replaced. Step 2 will be having them replace my original siding. I like their products and ability to communicate through the multi step process."

"I would highly recommend Advantage Home Exteriors. I hired AHE to do a repair on my roof damaged from wind storms. The owner, John, was knowledgeable, honest and expects high quality work from his employees. He personally came to my home to check the work. Also his company was readily available unlike other companies in my area. AHE also has great prices. I would definitely hire them again and probably will to replace roof at some point."

"Were were very please with the price and the quality of the work that Walter Brown Roofing did for us on our home. Matt, the owner, came to our house, walked the roof with me to answer questions and show me problem areas and the fixes they would make. He explained the different shingle type that we could select. His office quickly provided some local homes that had recently replaced roofs in the colors we were considering. We finalized our selection based on the homes we saw. The work was scheduled and completed promptly. After the work was completed, Walter Brown Roofing quickly provided our warranty certificates and submitted the required paperwork to the shingle manufacturer.

Very fast and extremely Knowledgeable-I really like the fact that they focus only on roofing and they just they didn’t just come out and inspect the air my roof water was leaking inside the interior they went inside to actually see the water stain to see exactly what needs to be repaired. "It did not go well. I did not pay anything more. We discussed several projects and he was supposed to get back to me with pricing and he never did. He completed some work. The work he did was satisfactory. He did not have the proper tools to complete the work. It was up to three pieces of siding. I had three pieces that had fallen off the house, in different areas. One of those pieces broke when it fell. So I had gone ahead and purchased replacement siding, which I had there when he arrived. The piece I had bought required him to make one cut so it would fit. He said, "I don't have a saw with me to cut that." I thought it was odd that someone who is coming to work on vinyl siding would not have a saw with him, to cut a piece of vinyl siding. So essentially, he put the broken piece back up on the house. We discussed other projects, he made a list and then never responded."

"A+ for ethics and professionalism. The repair on our old and non-standard roof was tricky and ultimately didn't last (roof leaked within 14 months). However, when the owner was contacted (he's busy so it took a while) he came out personally and arranged for an alternative fix to the roof. The owner, Dave Garner, did this at no charge, without being asked. We still don't know if we have a permanent solution but we're really impressed with Dave and the company's business practices. We would be pleased to use them for any future roofing repairs (although we hope we don't have any!)."

"I went into this project needing one side of the house repaired, but was impressed enough from the start to go all in and have the siding for the whole house replaced. From start to finish the company was a pleasure to work with; the estimate thorough, detailed and gave us plenty of options. Any calls or questions we had were answered within minutes. The crews were prompt, friendly, attentive and ready to answer any impromptu questions we had on site. Our project manager, Jordan, going above and beyond on our final walkthrough to hang our new address sign himself and make certain we were satisfied with the work. "Very happy with the results and the process was easy and smooth. George Jr showed up to do the consult, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. They were not the lowest quote we received but they were the best at communication and wanting to earn our business. As sales people, my wife and I appreciate professionals that still go out of their way to earn business. They were even able to get in and do the job before the Thanksgiving holiday which was only a few weeks from the consult and was very important to my wife, as we had 14 people coming to Thanksgiving dinner. She is also pregnant and they offered us products that would not be harmful to her or the baby, but she ended up being out of town the days they were here so we stuck to the normal paint, but really appreciated the effort to accommodate us.
   The workers showed up exactly when they said they would. They worked hard and were very fast. I was amazed they finished everything in 2 days considering the size of the area they were painting and the number of cabinets and trim we had. The workers were respectful when moving and covering our belongings before and after painting. They were always laughing and smiling during the job, which is good to see, it hopefully mean they enjoy what they're doing and the quality shows. George and his son would pop in from time to time to check in and make sure everything was going well and that we were happy with the progress.
   All in all, very happy! Would recommend to anyone! If fact, we need new granite.....you know how it goes, first new appliances, which means new paint, which means new counter tops and so forth, but George Jr mentioned they can help us with that and we will probably be giving them our business for that job as well.
