If everything looked good, he said they would not need to drill into the wall. That specific plan was the main reason I chose Sheldon s over the other company. For this, he quoted $3,898 (including a discount). I felt it was high but agreed, in part because he also offered a payment plan and said there would be no interest. Based on this understanding, I signed the estimate. The next day, shortly after starting work, he called me outside and showed me my metal shut-off valve. I am requesting an adjustment of the charges to reflect an amount in a range closer to Angi's list:$1696 up to "First Class's" quote of $2400. and written clarification of any warranty. I want this handled as an issue of integrity and transparency in how customers are treated and how work is represented."
