"I purchased replacement window from their warehouse. Their salesman told me the windows had a 10 warranty on the windows. However, when one of the window had a crack on the inside of the window they refused to honor the sash replacement with out be paid a service charge to replace what is clearly a manufacturer defect. I purchased the window year ago clearly with the ten year warranty. I have installed windows for 35+ years would not recommend this company."

We were honestly difficult and indecisive clients, but Luis was understanding, kind, and patient with us the entire time.
