After some negotiation with Markus, we reached a reasonable agreement on the scope of work and pricing. During the installation, I appreciated the excellent communication from Dylan, who oversaw the shingle installation, and Omar, who managed the soffit and gutters. They kept me updated and promptly addressed my queries. There was a hiccup when the shingle installation crew failed to take final pictures upon completion, but after some follow-up, Omar arranged for has colleague to take the pictures. I also valued Omar's thorough inspection for debris. Overall, the roof, soffits, and gutters look fantastic."

"Dannie came to our home in August and gave us a verbal estimate on the job; he never gave us a written estimate which I believe could have prevented the misunderstanding about what the price included. He was not able to start the job in a timely fashion because he was involved in another job and the homeowner kept adding projects which kept pushing our job back. When Dannie started the job, he re-laminated our kitchen countertop and he did an EXCELLENT job! He also installed a new stainless steel kitchen sink which turned out to be the wrong one which had been shipped by the supplier (not his fault). This complicated the whole project and ended up increasing the price...again not his fault. Dannie was pleasant and stood behind his work but I felt that he needed to be more detail oriented. I had to call his attention to several things for him to resolve them.

Rich ended up doing the gutters, and pressure washing, and then suggested a gutter guard product for install and completed the entire job within a week of the initial meeting. I'll be using him for any future pressure washing work, and appreciated how he followed thru after the initial meeting."
