"Did a $59 consult only. Turned out the cost of repairing the old heater was almost as much as a new one, so we got a new one, and handled the install ourselves. Luis B was great, knowledgeable, friendly, didn't try to upcharge just to sell a heater, which we appreciated. Gave us an honest evaluation, several options, and was right on time. I will say, though, that the company failed to call me when he was on his way... not a big deal. All in all a good experience."

"Kayvan was a wonderful service tech! He was on time and professionally checked out the water heater and the HVAC system. He was so polite and friendly. He explained the need for a new filter in the heating unit and showed me photos of the unit located in the attic. "Wes came out to look at a water heater issue my mom was having. He took the time to explain what the issue was, offered options, and ultimately replaced the water heater and some of the old piping around it that needed it. Never had a problem since. After that, we also hired Wes for other pipe replacement in the garage and in the laundry area. Again, haven’t had an issue since.
