He stuck with it and when he left I finally had a kitchen sink that drained again. He was friendly, explained everything that needed done and had a estimate before proceeding. "Provider was very responsive, professional and easy to work with. Showed up on time and performed the work in a timely fashion. When clearing the drain, it was discovered a short time later that some debris had made its way into another pipe (unbeknownst to the repair man), which clogged the sink drain. I contacted the provider and they returned within less than 2 hours and fixed the problem right away. Accidents happen but the company corrected the problem right away. Very professional and friendly both me and my tenant.
