"AJ's Appliance Repair, LLC was effective and efficient in repairing my clothes dryer. Nice people. I'm very pleased."

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"He was prompt, knowledgeable and even had the correct repair kit for the make and model of my dryer. Diagnosed and repaired in 2 hours. Couldn't be better."

"Great.  Bruce showed up the same day that I called and found the loose/broken wire, repaired it, turned it on and performed all the safety checks.  The repair was done quickly and at a very reasonable price.

"We have used Julio from Big Jacks many times over the years and must say that he is reliable, professional and always tries to do the right thing. The best part is that he is a local repairman, who lives in the community and is a small business owner. I've read some of the comments that others have made and you can easily see that those with negative comments think they are dealing with a huge company with many workers. Julio is the sole repairman which means he is responsible for all aspects of His Business. If you have never been in business, especially the service business where you deal with all sorts of people, you have no idea how difficult it can be. Now add to that the fact that he is doing repairs where anything can happen which may cause him to spend more time than he originally thought, thus possible making him late for his next appointment. People who expect him to drop everything on one job to run over to them are unrealistic. Anyway, he just fixed my old dryer today, he was in and out in 20 minutes and was able to bring the right part with him after just speaking to me on the phone, I think that's pretty good if you ask me."

"They repaired the ice maker. They did that with no problem. They were also supposed to repair the dryer. It was to much and the repair did not happen. I had a real problem with trying to get that resolved. I currently have their service as a home warranty. They had two different companies come out and one was never resolved and the other was completed the day they came out. The area was left clean,"

"This appliance tech was very professional and quick. He came very pleasant person. located the trouble did the repair and was out in a matter of minutes and we have not had any problem with our machine since then."

"They are really good, service was fast and clean, very respectful and responsive !!"

"He ordered the part For my washing machine and told me it would take approximately 10 days to come im. It came in in 4 days and he installed it the next morning. My washer is now completely fixed and I expect to get many more years of use out of it.
