"While looking for a plumber to inspect and replace a leaking water heater, I found Rapid Repairs.  I called the number, and was directed to send a text message if I needed a emergent response.  After only a few minutes, I got a response in a text message addressing my issue.  They were professional and answered my questions as best he could without being at my house.  I even got estimates based on my answers.  The only reason I did not utilize their service was that I needed hot water immediately, and they were already on multiple service calls, meaning the earliest they could come out would be Monday.

Moe and Chase came out on Tuesday and worked on the a.c unit and got it running. "We have used Alan Drake MANY times at this point -he is our go-to contractor for all our projects big & small. Our first experience of him was when he finished our basement after we had it lowered a foot (by another company). Did a great job from the first minute - was reasonable on price, had the expert on his team, Karl, draw our plans for rebuilding our basement steps & finishing basement for permit purposes,  framed & built walls, finished with trim/cabinet doors, and then had his team paint the whole thing. We then had to use him after our basement unfortunately flooded from Irene when he had to redo a good amount of the work he had done the year before. We've used his team to paint our entire house top to bottom & they did an efficient and beautiful job. Have used them to clean our gutters periodically and power wash the back of our house and patio - always at a reasonable price. And this latest time when our sewer pipe backed up and caused a flood only days before we were having an open house, he came through and squeezed us into his schedule at the last minute, seeing what an emergency it was. Alan is a friendly, extremely personable guy, and beyond fair in price and setting expectations. We highly highly recommend him. He is our hero! Tip: Alan communicates best by text because he is so very busy.

Bottom line - Mark hit all four at an incredibly high level...not only did he prove himself to indeed be a master plumber but also a master service provider. After a few not so successful experiences in the past, I am happy to say I have found my go to for all plumbing needs and I recommend MFS with my highest confidence. Details - I had a clogged drain which I was unsuccessful at snaking myself and proved to be a bit more complicated than initially thought, requiring some replacement plumbing. Mark responded to me immediately and his communication throughout the process was incredible. He made allowances to conform to my schedule, coming out on a Sunday even though it wasn't an emergency (and not charging emergency prices!). When the job required more than we had anticipated, Mark arranged to come back two days later, again convenient to my schedule, and completed the repair/replacement of some plumbing while clearing the pipes. Professional and superb quality of work, Mark was also wonderfully pleasant and enjoyable to work with. I was not able to be present for the final repairs on the second visit so Mark actually sent me pictures of the work upon completion and a video of the water vortexing down the drain! His final price for the two visits and work was very fair, I could not have been more pleased with the whole experience."

"Statewide representative called back in less than 24 hours to make appointment.  He came to the house in the evening and even called to say that he would be later than scheduled.  After inspecting for the cause of the leak, it was concluded that the problem was old caulking that had dried behind the fixtures.  He gave me the option to repair it myself, an easy fix, or have him do it.  I liked having the choice and that he did not try to sell me something I did not need.
