"I highly recommend Apex-based "A. Maynor Heating & A/C", who replaced my furnace and the entire central air conditioning system (outside condenser unit, inside evaporator coil, and new refrigerant lines) on 7-17-2020 at my Cary house. I also had them install the new outside condenser unit on the opposite side of the house (where it's in the shade, able to operate more effectively) compared to where the original condenser was (in the direct sun). All of their personnel were very competent, polite, prompt, and a pleasure to interact with, from Christy & Tammy in the office, to Carlos & Louis who performed the initial inspection & diagnosis of the original system that had failed, to Norm who performed the house "load calculation", recommended the appropriate new system, and who (since he's a licensed electrician) modified the wiring at the electrical panel as needed for the new condenser location, to Ramon & Christian who performed the new installation, and to Robert who performed the post-installation check and installed a new condensate pump."

"Outstanding. Will absolutely use them again for any appliance or HVAC"

"Fred from Streamline came the day after we contacted the company about a slow leak in our water heater. Since the appliance was 10 years old, we decided to replace it. Fred was friendly, efficient and effective. Within a few hours we had our new system in place."

"Salesman showed up on a Sunday afternoon, listened to what I was looking for and tailored a solution to fit my needs, to included payment options and solutions. I got several estimates and the 6&Fix salesman was the only one that didn't either use pressure tactics, talk down other companies, assume we were ignorant of what we were purchasing, give a ridiculous price, or fail to understand our needs. The installers showed up as scheduled and installed the new system quicker than expected, cleaned up, loaded the old unit and were gone. So far, so good."

"It went phenomenal! The service was very respectful and professional. The people were very kind and friendly! I will definitely be contacting Air Serv with any future problems with my heating and A/C. Air serve will always be welcomed in my house!"

"Kenneth was recommended to us by a family friend. We had called other companies, who tried to see us a new unit without even seeing our unit. Kenneth came on Sunday, since a tropical system was headed to the area on Monday. Kenneth assessed the system, went to get the needed part, and came back to do the repairs. Kenneth was very reasonable, honest, and has a no nonsense attitude! We highly recommend Kenneth, and will only have him come back to work on our heating and cooling systems!"

"Vendor install a Honeywell 7200 series thermostat in my new home, but I decided to upgrade to a 6580 WiFi unit. I did all the work myself but couldn't get the A/C to work. I called Honey well who referrred me to Enhanced Heating and A/C. I called them at 3:45 PM on a Friday afternoon and got a live person who said someone will call me back after I presented the problem I had. Around 4 PM I got a call from Sean who helped me out with the wiring and the A/C is now working."

"Excellent experience with this company!! Competitive price, professional, prompt and both systems past Town of Cary Inspection on 1st visit. We replaced HVAC systems at 3 of our rental properties this summer. This was the 3rd company we used and by far the very best. We would have preferred to use the same contractor for all three. However, contractor 1 was very average, then contractor 2 for the 2nd property was a D rating at best. Too bad we didn't start with Yellow Dot to begin with."

"Scheduled an appt., requesting a quote. He showed up on time, inspect what needed to be done. He said he would call us to give his quote, but we never heard back from him. if we did not hire the other HVAC company, my husband and I would definitely consider using E&J Heating and Cooling to do the job."

"I called Jonathan at lunch time, and he was at the house by 5:30 PM the same day. When he left, the system not only worked again, but it cooled much better than before. He quoted prices before performing work, took the time to explain what he was doing and why he recommended it, and did not try to sell expensive, unnecessary services. I will definitely call him the next time our system needs service."
