"My central air conditioning unit stopped working. I called Arctic Air Conditioning and was given an appointment for the following day. Before the arrival of the repair technician, I received a text that he was on the way that included his name and photo. I thought that was great, since I knew exactly who to expect. The technician was polite and professional. He gave a clear explanation of each of my repair options, and quickly completed the one I chose. The cost was very reasonable for the work that was done. I want to add that I am hearing impaired, and repair technician made extra efforts to make sure I understood everything he told me. He was great! My Hot water heater busted on Christmas night and i called advanced professional 26th early morning, tech at my home in no time to provide estimate and work was done within next 4-6 hours. Technician name Abe who came to my house for service is one of the best. Very polite, professional and make sure work is done neat and clean. Only one thing i am not happy is i think it was little pricey but since it was urgent service i can't complain."
