"Contacted G&G and they promised to send a technician between 2-4pm. The technician called me before arriving and diagnosed the problem (a broken coupler) in a few minutes. He checked with co-workers to see if they had the part (since he did not have it in his truck), met with one (instead of returning to the office and spending more time), quickly installed the part, and performed the annual maintenance. The garage door opens again and I was very satisfied with their work."

"Kevin explained everything prior to starting the installation that included present garage door, rollers, and tension spring/coil. Walked me through the finished work and operation of master key pad inside garage and it’s features, then the exterior key pad. Old system rail was not compatible to new motor feature was really the only setback for addition expense."

"Ahmad replaced my garage door springs. He was great & thorough ."

"They arrived on time with the correct parts. The garage door spring was fixed in a timely manner."

"Tom said that he would be there by 5:00 PM and he was 15 minutes early!  That was awesome.  He quickly dismantled my old garage door opener and efficiently installed my new one.  There was a problem with the electronic button which he quickly diagnosed and had a replacement in his car.  I bought two extra openers from him on the spot.  I was pleased with every aspect of Tom's professionalism and his efficiency and his knowledge of his product.  He was extremely pleasant and I would have no problem recommending him to any of my friends or anyone on Angie's List!
