"Contacted G&G and they promised to send a technician between 2-4pm. The technician called me before arriving and diagnosed the problem (a broken coupler) in a few minutes. He checked with co-workers to see if they had the part (since he did not have it in his truck), met with one (instead of returning to the office and spending more time), quickly installed the part, and performed the annual maintenance.
