I chose to go with Alliance United because they were able to beat other bids and could do the job with minimal interruption to the tenants while the job was completed. Javier and his team did an excellent job and completed the job in one day. Had the city come out for inspection and provided me with the copy of the permit. I would highly recommend them for any job!!! They are honest and very friendly team to work with. I would definitely hire them again."

They could have tried to sell us a new sump pump, but they took the old one out (which really isn't very old), and they repaired it right there on the spot. They also made some changes in the pipe that it was connected to (shortened and repositioned it) so the problem wouldn't happen again. He warned my that maybe the cost might go up due to the age of the pipes and valves. He had the old one out and the new one in an an hour or so. He was quick, clean and polite.
