"On initial inspection, they discovered that our old heat registers were the kind with asbestos (house built in the 60's), so they had to sub out the abatement part of the job. Once abatement was complete, the workers showed up each day at the time they said they would arrive. They were all friendly and professional. They kept everything clean. The took pictures in the attic to show me before, during, and after the work. They explained what they were doing and showed me the new ducting they were installing (quiet ducts) and explained the more "up-to-date" way of putting in the duct work than what we had. After the work was complete, we noted that the furnace ran much quieter (due to new ducting), and it ran WAY less often. The house stayed much warmer while running the furnace much less often. Best of all, our gas bill dropped! Now that we're moving into summer, the house seems to be staying cooler on these warm days. We don't have A/C so we're hoping the new insulation will keep the house cooler as the days continue to warm up. Very happy with the company and all the work they did. I would recommend them!"

"We were impressed with Jason’s presentation of the Mitsubishi system, and we really appreciated learning about the HERO program from him. We got a good estimate,ate for the work but were planning to do our roof repair first with adding solar and thought we would do this job after. Things worked out with that Jason got our work scheduled and done BEFORE the roof/solar which worked out because in Sept/Oct we still had some hot days, Thie crew was professional and extremely hard working, and poor guys, in hot weather, sweating in our attic/crawl space. Which they left with improvements! The system was up and running (2 downstairs units, 4 upstairs) in 6 working days. After a week we did have a problem, nothing worked and they came out promptly to troubleshoot, ordered new circuit board and installed as soon as it arrived. Been running fine since then, and this is also heating so I am looking forward to heating with solar instead of gas."

"I was really impressed with the service provided by Nadav and he is team. I have a thirty year old home that still had the original HVAC systems. One located in the attic and the other underneath the house. Neither of these installations was simple. The Sky Clean Air team quoted me two days to remove and install new systems. The install crew was really professional, courteous and hard working. The underneath the house install was especially difficult with a tight crawl space in a less than hospital environment. These guys were not a show up at 10 leave at 3 pm crew.......they worked long hours both days to ensure they met the promised schedule.They kept me informed any issues throughout the installation process so there were no surprises. At the end of two days we had two beautifully installed systems that now cool our 4000 sq ft house in a matter of an hour instead of the 4 or 5 the old system required. They provided a very comprehensive review of our needs, and spent additional time with me on the phone to help me choose the best and the most cost effective system for installation. Chris and David arrived on time and were very efficient with removal of the old system and installation of the new. They also corrected a couple of errors due to the previous installation (correcting bad welding on the Freon line, and installing a correct condensate discharge). "Paul Johnson made a positive first impression by returning our initial Friday PM voicemail by calling us the following day, Saturday. He showed up on time to examine our system and then provided an estimate with several options. Ultimately, we requested a specific brand and Paul was very accommodating in getting us exactly what we wanted at a very fair price. We had some additional questions before making a final decision and scheduled an appointment for late on a Friday afternoon. He called shortly before he was due to arrive to let us know he was tied up on a service call and apologized that he would be later than expected. Although the repair was at a location more than 40 miles away from our home, he said he would come as soon as he was finished or, as an alternative, he could come see us on Saturday. Preferring to see him that evening, he happily drove up to meet with us that night.

Paul and his staff are seasoned technicians who take pride in their work. Their professionalism was further evidenced when we had a HERS test done on the HVAC system. This test is performed by a licensed independent third party to verify that the Installation meets very specific California Energy Efficiency Standards. Our installation not only met, but far exceeded, those standards. When I told the inspector the installation was done by Johnson Air, he said he wasn't surprised we had such excellent test results.

"A tech came out and walked me through the flaws in my heating and A/C and recommended re-ducting, adding more returns, and replacing the 17 year old equipment. The started work the following Monday and completed it by the next Friday. They kept the house very clean while working and were very professional. The new system works very well and we are very happy with it."
