Since our system is old, it will be difficult to repair some of the parts and pieces while others would be fairly standard. J. walked me through all the possible rebates I could qualify for, and I ended up spending about 80% of what other contractors bid for my job. Definitely would do business with him again. Only reason for 4.5 stars on customer service was that there doesn't seem to be an office assistant to answer phone inquiries, so often the only way to communicate is via voicemails left on Jonathan's phone."
