The Garden State guys pulled into my driveway at 11:05 AM after promising between 10:00 AM and 2:00PM. The drain valve on my old heater was corroded shut. No problem; we have a pump for that. Need an overflow pan? No problem; we have one right here. Never missing a beat, the new heater was in place, the work area was swept clean and they pulled out of my driveway at 12:02 PM. That was one month ago and I feel like am set for the next ten years. Wow!"

He called me in the morning and arrived promptly on time later in the afternoon. He determined that the storage tank was waterlogged, which meant that the blatter was broken and that was allowing air into the system. With further inspection and knowing the history of my submersible water pump, it was probably time to replace that also while he was here. He gave me three different estimates for different projects. I chose the best fit for me. Bruno spent probably double the time he should have two replace the holding tank and submerge pump that it should have taken because the well was an odd size, but maybe typical back in the late 50s early 60s. "We had a main water line leak between two houses on our property. We received 4 estimates to replace the pipe. All recommended replacing vs trying to repair the pipe. Advanceds’ estimate wasn't the lowest, there was one lower estimate but we elected to go with them because their technicians (Jason and Taz) were so helpful and so pleasant. We felt we could trust them to do a good job as quoted and do it on time. This job was difficult as the main line lies underground beneath asphalt driveway and lawn. The asphalt and the lawn are separated by a low wooden retaining wall. The plan was to dig a trench straight through from house to house and replace the existing pipe with a new pipe. We would later have to repave the trench which would be roughly 50’ long. In addition, we would probably have to rebuild the older retaining wall. The day of the project the owner of the company, Sam, studied the situation and came up with a different plan. He and his team were able to push the pipe through the sleeve which held the broken pipe!! This prevented any need to dig!! No digging!! No breaking up the asphalt, no need to repave, no need to reseed the lawn, no need to fix the retaining wall!! Done. In a matter of hours. Can you imagine our relief? Our actual invoice was for less than half of what was originally quoted. Sam also saved us a lot of money in future repaving and possibly repairing the short retaining wall costs. Sam is not only very knowledgable but is a man with integrity. My feeling throughout this experience with Advanced is that we were all on the same team. Props as well to Isha who works in the office. Isha patiently answered all of our questions and was helpful all around. All scheduling was quick and punctual and we were kept in the loop through it all. A great team who take pride in their work! We highly recommend Advanced Professional."

"I reached out to Vince after reading through numerous reviews of plumbers and am very happy I gave him a call. I had used another company to do a "service" on my oil boiler that had become very inefficient...$200 later with them telling me it was all fixed, nothing changed. I called Vince, described the symptoms, and he was able to fit me into his schedule the next day. Turns out I needed a new boiler and Vince was able to show me in 5 minutes why (VERY obvious), where as the previous guy had spent two hours accomplishing nothing and taking my money. He took my calls a week after he was done when I had some follow-up questions for him and backs his work-up for a year after the new install. Overall A+."
