"John contacted me, and came to my home to inspect my old tank, and verify that it was no longer good. He provided me with quotes on a new hot water tank and a tankless system. He answered all of my questions and provided me with the time frames to do each job. I ultimately decided to go with a tankless system. He was very professional and nice to my children who were often in the way of his work. While completing the job he also discovered that the pipes to my HVAC system were not secure and he fixed that.
