"I can't give a final judgement on anything since job has not been completed! Made an appointment in November to start in February. 3 days into the job and they don't come back. Only heard from team leader once and he claimed he needed a team to come with him since my flooring was retaining water. It's now June and my basement is worse than before. The flooring stays soaked and now the mold is out of control! I have heard nothing and am considering cancelling the contract. I am NOT happy about being put on the back burner for this long. The basement was a mess before, now it is ruined!"
