"Stupendous?in a word Stupendous! Atmos came out to check for a gas leak and sure enough there was one and they locked the meter down! I went to Angi?s list and searched on gas line plumber and J.Z. Plumbing came up as well as the other major names in the metroplex. This was on a Tuesday afternoon. Wednesday morning Luis Zamora, the master plumber with J.Z. Plumbing came out and as well as the others and Luis was able to give me a deal I could not refuse. By Wednesday afternoon they began to totally replace the gas line from the meter to the house ?all 65 feet of it 24? deep! By the end of Thursday, they were done replacing the entire gas line enough to get the city inspection done late Friday morning? before the rains came on Friday. These guys busted their axx!!! Using J.Z. Plumbing easily saved me a few thousand dollars and I will gladly refer and use them again!"

We had bought the gas stove from Home Depot but their installers were unable to complete the job I went to Home Advisor to find a plumber and I'm sure glad that I did. "Last October, my sister, an elderly veteran living alone, contracted Genie Bath Systems to remodel her master and guest baths. She was diagnosed cancer and passed before the remodel was complete. Which, to be fair as we were not able to work with Genie while attending to my sister. The contract was expensive. Very expensive. The cost of the remodel is close to 1/4th the value of her home. I noticed there were issues with the remodel that showed a surprising lack of attention to detail. Genie sent people to address the issues twice. Yet issues remain. My calls to my contact at Genie are now being ignored. Also, the only document I have for the remodel is the contract my sister signed. It is not detailed. I have and continue to ask for a breakdown of the cost. An estimate or work order. This request is also being ignored. I am disappointed and have to wonder why Genie will not provide this information. I have several other questions for Genie that I will not go into here. But based on my experience, I cannot recommend Genie. In fact I would warn anyone considering Genie to be very careful about the cost of the contract."
