"3D Solar did a great job removing and then reinstalling 34 solar panels. My original installer quoted an outrageous amount so I went looking for a new Solar company. 3D Solar was recommended by a reputable solar consultant. I spoke with David Ringo at length and we had a great conversation about many topics as well as solar. The crews were on time, professional and conscientious and super nice. David's quote was less than half the price even when I told him what my original installer was about to charge and very reasonable considering the amount of work involved. The reinstallation was very good, even better than the original install by another company. They used updated mounting hardware and did a tidy job with cable management. 3D Solar sent out crews right away to sort out a small technical issue with the inverter that became apparent after installation. They were able to diagnose and correct the issue. I am particularly impressed with the fast and effective follow up service. "Woke up this morning and both the toilet wouldn't flush and the shower/bathtub was all backed up. I called two plumbing services but only one of them could make it before 2p.m. I went with Pioneer because I had to be at work for 3p.m. They showed up on time and even waited 15 minutes for me because I was out running errands thinking they were going to be late like plumbers in the past. When I told them that the other company I called was going to charge me a little less for the work they price matched! Since we don't have a clean out to the main line it cost a little more than I thought it would but now I know that we need to install one. Luis R. and his partner did great work. They answered all my questions and knew what they were talking about because I google everything people tell me on my cell phone. They unclogged my main line through the roof vent in less than an hour so that I could get to work on time. They were also personable but professional. I would definitely recommend these guys for any plumbing issues. We will be using them again to install a clean out to our main line.
